finished eating a fresh n warm baguette with goat cheese (plain AND garlic)- followed by Spicy Doritos/yogurt (even though I’m not supposed to eat yogurt since it’s not good for me as I’m getting over a cough -or so I’m told- is this really true?? and is it true I can’t have pomegranate seeds either?? I had that before the baguette)- now it’s time for ME to work out. “Be good and eat healthy” switch is back ON.
